| Our Integrated Factory Allows Smooth and Effective Production |
 Our
main factory has a floor space of 12,000 square meters and stands on a 50,000
square meter site. It is a fully integrated production facility, built with future
expansion in mind. In order to maximize flexibility and efficiency while minimizing
production costs, machining, assembly, and product inspection are all carried
out on a single floor. Out of concern for the environment, gas and electricity
are used as our main power sources, replacing more environmentally damaging heavy
oils.All aspects of human ergonomics have been taken into account in the height, configuration, and layout of the factory equipment in order to improve efficiency, and, more importantly, to protect the health and safety of our workers. For the same reason, close attention is paid to the factory's cleanliness and air quality. Advanced pollution control devices such as automatic dust collectors and oil mist collectors have been installed to eliminate any potentially harmful particles caused by the processing of cast iron products. In addition, only battery-powered vehicles are used in the factory to further ensure a comfortable and healthy working environment. |
